How to Cancel Openroom Plus

We’re sorry to see you go!

There comes a time when you’ll need to make a decision to leave Openroom, we get it. It’s easy to make a cancellation as we don’t lock you in at any point in time. It’s month-to-month.

Instructions to Manage Your Billing Terms

1. In your Openroom dashboard (https://openroom.ca/dashboard), go to the top right hand corner. You will see Billing as an option to click on.

1. On the Billing page (https://openroom.ca/dashboard/billing/offering), you will see the option to Cancel Subscription

   

2. Click on Cancel Subscription will take you to the Stripe system where you can make the cancellation.

   

3. Clicking on Cancel plan will proceed to end your subscription with Openroom.
