When can you use the Rental Debt Ledger?

• Must have a Court Order or Tribunal Decision;
• Or, rent is owing for more than 120 days (coming soon)

Openroom provides volume discounts for organizations that wish to report rental debt. As soon as you reach this threshold, you get access to the loyalty tier to get the bulk pricing.

** Life Time Volume means from the date you start with Openroom, we count the total number of Rental Debt Ledger applications filed through Openroom. It’s not per year, not per month, but rather your entirety at Openroom. We value the fact you chose and trust Openroom to calculate interest and report rental debt to the Credit Bureaus, and you deserve a thank you from us.*

Eligibility to participate

• Must be an approved partner with Openroom
• The code can only be used on your particular organization’s Openroom logged in account. Sharing the code with others will not work.
• Must verify your identity as an organization. You would have done this on your very first Rental Debt Ledger application.
