Launched public access to the Rental Debt Ledger, in partnership with Equifax
- Openroom tracks interest owed on the N4/L1 LTB Order with rental debt owing. Heck, every cent matters.
- In partnership with
Equifax, we report the rental debt owing on your behalf every 15th of the month to hit your tenant's credit score and credit history negatively until they pay. They need to be held accountable for their actions.
